Ground-breaking applications and technologies that leverage the advanced capabilities of 6G networks, such as ultra-low latency, high data rates, and massive connectivity. Examples may include holographic communications, advanced virtual and augmented reality applications, integrated communication and sensing systems, and innovative solutions for smart cities and Industry 4.0.
Development of new hardware components, devices, and tools specifically designed for 6G research and deployment. Examples may include, but are not limited to, reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RIS), novel antenna array systems, energy-efficient hardware for 6G infrastructure, and innovative testing equipment for 6G network evaluation.
Showcase of the latest prototypes that demonstrate the potential of 6G technologies in various fields. Examples may include, but are not limited to, AI-driven network management systems, ultra-reliable low-latency communication (URLLC) implementations, high-precision positioning systems, and advanced network slicing solutions.
Advanced testbeds specifically designed for 6G experimentation and evaluation, providing a controlled environment for researchers to test and validate their innovative solutions. Examples may include, but are not limited to, testbeds for spectrum sharing, massive connectivity, network virtualization, and satellite-terrestrial network integration.
Platforms that facilitate the development, testing, and deployment of 6G technologies and applications in real-world scenarios. Examples may include, but are not limited to, software-defined networking (SDN) platforms, open RAN platforms, edge computing platforms, and large-scale research networks that can accommodate diverse 6G use cases and services.
Presentations that exhibit the feasibility and potential of 6G solutions through proof-of-concept demonstrations. These demonstrations may feature a range of aspects not limited to live implementations of advanced AI techniques for PHY layer optimization, high-precision indoor navigation systems utilizing cutting-edge positioning techniques, and real-time data transmission over integrated satellite and terrestrial networks. This provides tangible evidence of the capabilities and benefits of 6G technologies.
